Just like Phil Jackson had moments earlier, Kobe Bryant spent the first few minutes of his post-practice interview Monday at L.A.’s facility talking about Shaquille O’Neal and the All-Star game.
A good soldier in handling Shaq questions for much of the last four days, Bryant seemed eager to talk about what he’s really focused on: his current group of teammates, who are collectively looking towards a possible championship and little else.
Bryant also touched on his favorite President (it is President’s Day, after all) and addressed his friend David Beckham’s situation with AC Milan and the L.A. Galaxy.
